Well, people tend to forget to learn their profession and upgrade their equipment when levelling to 200 in 2 weeks, so I'd have to agree with Dragonlance there. On the other hand, more clueless highlevel noobs to kill in pvp ;)

I just saw a lvl 207 Keeper wearing this.

You can prolly wear on a even lower lvl then that aswell if y0 got a fullset of alien armor peices. ^^

At 210 i could get this on as a keeper with some minor twinking, the the brawl isnt a problem either can always get dirty fighter if it is.

I can say one think this weapon is way to good especially for Keepers they love edges and auro.... I saw Keeper with 300ql sword at lev 205 he hits alot.

Oh no, one of the most nerfed classes in the game got new shotguns! They are getting a little better, CRISIS SOMEONE CALL THE GOVERNMENT and give the already overpowered classes some even more uber weapons to go with their awesome 1k AR cap. Idiot.

First with out any buffing items you have 1458 2he, with reaver. Then you get at least 12 free AI perks, for the AI armor you need Alien Technology Expertise (L2), for the other 10, train Champion of Heavy Infantry. The Alien armor has to be full set QL 220 Combined Commando's. By point you should have full set of chosen QL 220. You need Jobe Made Bladestaff it buffs your 2he by 50 it helps alot. And you need a tower called Guardian Conductor of Learning it buffs you by 50 2he it has to be QL 300. And exchanging the AI gloves with the Silken Legchopper Gloves. And get QL 200 implants for 2he and you're set.note this only works with keeper and enf and only trox. 1 more thing keepers and enf have there 2he buffs so cast the selfbuffs, and a trader 131 buff you need and GL with your powerfull PvP or PvM tool. wait 1 more thing you need ql 200 implants for fast attack

Dont see the problem of equiping this post 200 (Jobe Modified, Inf Gloves, Reaver and HI perk, Faithfull chest etc...)
Geting it however is more chalenging (read 130mil) :P

you can equip on level 209 quite nicely as a solitus keeper. I'm 206 and I ended up with 1999 2he at level 209. This is with normal ql 200 implants and no strenght/stamina factory included but what I had in total at level 206. And no alien armor

Very easily awaren. You will have a lot of spare IP in TL7 (or at least I do, and im adv with oodles of stuff to raise :D). Between imps, dirty fighter, expertise, and just IP - it shouldn't be hard at all.

Atrox Keeper lvl205/20. 4 ql300 CM, 1 ql250 CM and a ql290ish chosen chest. had like 60-70 more 2he then i needed to equip it iirc so maybe lvl203-204 is possible, even lower if you ladder imp's since i just used symbs.

QL 300 OBAF Mk 6 is better.

It's definitely doable before 200, this is far from the ultimate Enfo/Melee prof weapon though, check out either the Ofab Wolf Mk 6 in 3rd, Dreadloch Bear in 2nd, and Xan of Pride in 1st, among the other new Xan weapons of course, but Xan of Pride adds BioMet/PsyMod, main nanoskills for an Enfo, quite nice for the troxes out there.
