Its not just from alien weapons it is Upgraded Alien Weapons **ONLY** and if your in a fight its almost 100% chance you'll cast it its a nice little thing though can't say its not worth 1 ncu :P

It actualy last 3:20, so double, and most of the time it will just cast the highest in line (ql 200-299) kyrswords for example has something-48-54. Many times it casted 54. Still looking forward for my ql 300 sword and see if it allways cast 60 :)

Think its lvl req. my 300 shotgun makes 54 offens. on my lvl214 trader
