It only casts that so you don't get hit by the reflects. It's not meant to cancel out reflects, just bypass them temporarily.

It ignores reflect shields it doesn't cancel them out. Ignores=hits through without any reflect dmg to yourself.
Cancel=ends reflect shields running on target.

It does cancel them out completely for 1 second, making any other attack hit ignoring the reflect aswell during that 1s

this triple sucks, only useful for killing very low hp profs, or as a finisher. MUCH better choices for pvm also, the recharge is just stupid relative to teh dmg done by this one.

It doesn�t even DO more dmg usually. Tried it camping RK mobs, and ~30% of the time it did less dmg than the double- not even counting the time. It never reached the 60% more dmg it would need to be en par with the double.
Not really a good finisher in PvP either. One may as well just use doubles, and save the VP.
