Nano Transmission Icon #16428 This special is a huge healmodifier buff. The buff will also drain the nanopool as long as it is active. The buff will stop when there is not sufficient nanopool left.

I tryed this perk, 210 nm doc with ~10k nano. The -400 a sec nano hurts:
5500/400=14sec, 7 nanodelta ticks @ +200 each +3.5sec, pnh ticks every 15 sec +1 sec. Regain Nano perk, 5 ticks @ +200 +2.5 sec
It seems that you are out of nano in under 30 sec all for a + 3k to the 220 heal. Not worth it imo.

The nano recasts itself at the end of that 10sec duration if there is still "sufficient nanopool" (>4500) left. So if you can sustain the nano drain (+ any you need for actual healing/dotting/whatnot), it just keeps running. Theoretical for me (I don't have highbie doc), but there is another perk with similar mechanism and someone wrote it works there. So the problem should _not_ be the duration, but the drain on nano.

make the heal modifier 75% and it'll be useful :) really should be that high with such a huge drawback
