i got a lvl 15 agent twink whith a barret R-06(ql 50 version is that) he got very nice hp cuz of that bord i realy own in pvp xD

At level 15 you get TL2, and thats the only Req, along with being clan.
So completely possible. And very nice I might add. +10AAD makes me happy, add a Vaga Cloak =+30AAD

10 AAD is the NEXT board wich is also tl3 wich opens up at like lv 50....

its the next board that is listed in the info about this one... but still to get another +150 nano on an atrox enfo in the subway is always nice... +200 health isn't bad either, but when you already have 2.9k health all it does is let you say you now have over 3k health in the subway.
