I'm not sure what people are complaining about, I roll one each few minutes with ql 250 missions, they are really easy to get.
You have to be agent though to be able to blitz ql 250 missions at 160 I think :-)

My Fixer blitzed QL161 missions at lvl 90.
A lvl 160 Fixer with GSF should be able to blitz QL200+ missions easy.
