Guyofpie @ 2006-01-15 05:49
At what ql does this allow you to move and cast nanos at the same time?
Wakizaka @ 2006-01-17 11:17
According to the Funcom forums, this is what you need to move and cast.
charmo @ 2006-01-18 00:05
it doesnt work?
Guyofpie @ 2006-01-21 06:52
But isn't there a ql where this starts to allow you to move and cast, not just any ql? Or must it be at ql 200?
Thanks in advance.
malewerecat @ 2006-01-22 10:23
this + One mind, One Purpose= never interrupted again^^
andyzweb @ 2006-01-28 18:39
this rollable?
Voriuste @ 2006-02-17 09:53
tested with ql101, start casting, move, casting stops, moving try to cast, wont work, so either its bs for casting and running, or its gotta be higher ql than 101...
Yakobo66 @ 2006-06-21 21:23
try ql200 ^^
dJinN @ 2006-07-15 03:38
I tried QL 200 and it doesn't let me move and cast?
Retracnad @ 2006-09-06 16:44
You cannot move and cast or cast then move in this game
Tchaalina @ 2006-10-16 15:18
This item has absolutely nothing to do with moving while casting. It is to prevent others from interrupting your nanos while you try to execute them. For example, MAs interrupting a doc's heals. About the moving part: It is possible to execute nanos while walking (not while running, though), as long as you start the execution while standing still.
bartje @ 2006-10-22 21:34
QL 10 has 99% decrease while 200 only has 40. -.- another joke from fc ;D
zerogates @ 2006-11-10 07:30
re-read it barje, didn't quite catch it the first time but it says "Nano interrupt chance 40%"
therefore it doesn't reduce interruptions by 40% but reduces chance of being interrupted to only 40% of the time. Also when combined with one mind, one purpose your chance of being interrupted is further reduced to only 7% of the time.
zerogates @ 2006-11-10 07:31
Ilikebunnies @ 2007-03-08 04:46
I assume it reduces BY the number, since the number gets higher with quality. If that's the case, than this + one mind one purpose = negative 56% chance...
Datagutt @ 2007-04-05 20:11
Yeah that is now look at patch 14.2.1 40 there :)
Hahnsoo @ 2008-01-07 02:06
Just to reiterate, this does not allow you to cast while running, no matter what QL. You still have to stop to initiate the casting. For most people who have a Nano Formula Recompiler, this device is worthless (instant casting = no interruptions).
agpecko @ 2008-03-09 10:59
Hahnsoo say's it best. Insta-cast or stop, cast, then move.
Hafenbraut @ 2008-04-27 09:39
Now if this was Fumble Decrease, it would be sweet :) Interupt decrease is usually useless, both in
nano and tool form.
killergoa @ 2009-03-18 01:54
is this effective in not being interrupted while capping in BS?
Blindsword @ 2009-10-30 14:13
If you see someone running and casting, its just a fraction of a second of lag. What you don't see is them stopping to insta-cast a nuke and running again... If you do it right even you should not see your own toon stop running. Insta-cast ftw.
Casting pets on the other hand, its handy.. need to get out a new heal pet in PvP then its nice to have.
jeycihn @ 2010-07-29 04:46
great for dueling melee profs on any caster.

No, capping in BS adds -10000 nano interrupt chance ( so this device will not help.
