I can cast this nano at lvl 120, its not that bad at that lvl. still not great but with over 1k nano init, its kinda insta-cast

hehe i use Izgimmer's Last Word and kels at lvl 119 :) this thingy i can use without mp buff

4/4sec is quite good...more off something you would use to kill a RK pest (aka lesser anun shredders)

that damage and 4/4 seems good to me i dont see anything wrong with it unless is counterable easily

whats wrong about it is the attack time and the recharge time I never really use nukes because of it.

better recharge and no taunt. it is still crap.

yes, but IEF does twice the damage for only .8 slower recharge

Somehow, I feel this one should have had a large evade debuff attached to it, since the description is nearly identical to Gravitational Anomaly http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=45234 and that debuffs 200 to all evades for 9 seconds.

easier on the init than IEF which can be useful for soloing, also good for weapon users.
