ql 200 is a good 1m or so depends on seller lordnson :)

but ql200 is not a good belt to equip at lower levels, that's why the QL160-165 belts are the most expensive ones. Cheapest QL161 belt in GMS: 4M

A troxtrader that is :) Tip: use ql70 imps, a galahad beyer (yes you need to IP a bit into FA), and Bulk Trader.

Just got one Ql 161 from a mission.It has show up twice in 15 mins rolling,i guess it shouldn´t be so hard to roll.Good Luck

It doesn't cost a bucket (500k to 1m, or just find in missions randomly if you're high enough lvl), it's not hard to use, and I'm pretty sure that description is not the same as in-game. :p
