You can roll NCU but it isnt worth it pre-ql125 since you can buy the NCU in stores then. NCU seems to be a hard thing to roll :(

MegaNoob: - the reason people pay for lowish ql is because of the level requirment on DM's and ML's. A ql 50 NCU is much easier for a level 10 to get on than trying to get a level 10 char into a DM/ML ^^

Why ql 50 ncu is easy im equipping ncu's for a little more then 200cl on my level 11 twink requires lots of work though.

dm's are lvl locked at 20ish i think, therefore, people are getting these..
