This drops from the The Immortal Summoner in the new high level totw raid.

To use it:

Cast Saemus' Crystalizer to receive a Concentrated Crystalized Energy and combine the two items. You will end up with an Energized Ornate Funeral Urn. Right click it (it consumes 1) to spawn a skeleton pet.
