Get a Mastery from Soldier (+40) EP from Engi (+120) and wrangle from trader (+132, better at higher level umbrals)

Check out the new crat nanos that came with patch 16.44. Skilled Gunslinger (+35 pistol) and Greater Gunslinger (+50 pistol). Not sure if these are available yet, but they're on the database. Greater Gunslinger will obviously remove the need to find a Soldier for Pistol Mastery.
