I call these the "meh" line of Engineer buffs, because I only cast them when I or my pet have the extra NCU to support them (which seems to be less and less these days).

The AC buff is ok, but not cost effective for the amount of NCU required. The shield damage is likewise not too great, the highest tier spell only shielding back 53 damage (and monsters of that Qlevel will laugh at a 53 damage shield). I tend to prefer the melee ACs from this line of nanos, and the highest Qlevel of that is 280 AC for 54 NCU, which is pretty bad (nowhere in the league of the Engineer AC buffs that's for sure).

Basically just a small DPS boost for whoever's tanking, but your NCU has more worthy things to put in it. Another unfortunate example of Engineer's weakish nano selection.

Actually, this nano on your bot will cause it to pull more agg due to an extra hit.
