No, it does not stack with power of three, which you can see by clicking on the "Burst buffs" link under school. It will show the buffs that are in the same school and thus will overwrite another in the same school with lesser NCU cost.

Soldier has freakin cool nanos...if you know how to use them :P

i saw 5 of these on click saver yesterday and went ahead and got 1 for me and 1 for a friend ;)
they roll easily if you wait like 15-20 mins of rolling lol

Hmm....what settings should the mission terminals be on to roll this?? As far as I am aware mission settings make absolutely no difference to mission reward.

so this doesnt stack with power of the three.. well.... why is it rollable then and power of the three is not.. omg...

I hear alot of ask's for pistol mastery. But I think engie has better no?

engy has a better one but it stacks with pistol mastery, so quite handy when gimping on a new pistola
