The point is that if youre on a team and the tank is near death, you cast this on him. Who cares if you loses 100hp, its not as if you're being aggroed.

this nanoline sucks more then i could ever have imagined that funcom could come up with.... even if a tank is almost dieing above level 50 this nano would hardly be able to recover 1hit from a mob currently hitting the tank and if so the tank would die anyway because of the sucky recharge time.... if it atleast have had 0.5 recharge to make a MA able to sacrifice his/her life to the dieing tank... :/ sux!!!

I dunno, It sure saved my friends a bunch of times when I was too low on nano to use a real heal. It is a last resort heal that is a lifesaver for a dying person. It's not useless.

What about Restore Essence? It requires fewer skills to use, heals between 92 and 197, takes just under half a second longer to recharge and costs 13 more nano points to use.
And even if you were too low on nano to use that, Lesser healing touch can heal up to 103 and that costs 25 nano less to cast than this does as well as recharging quicker than this.
So if you don't have enough nano to use your main heal, you'd opt for one of your lower heals instead of this one. I've never found a use for this on my MA.

Pity it isn't a transfer of max health, that'd have uses at least. Specially if it had higher quality levels and was cast-able on hostile for example.
