Look at essence of the ultra behemoth.... 17k hp in one shot. 10 pts in form of troll and collossal health gives 8k to the enf. Mongo crush gives 2.5k. A lvl 165 enf base health is about 7k, a 220 enf probably has 10-15k base. +any armor/imps/doc buffs/etc and you can get well over 50k HP on an enf :)

Cobrastar2 (220 enforcer) weighs in at about 42500 hp self buffed last time I saw em. Yeah its not truely a complete heal, but works fine as is.

im lvl 165 and i got 13k life i think complete heal gos up and does completly heal the target say u have 13000 life it should heal u for 13001 and ya this nano if a enf beswt friend :))))))))

docs perks, i think assault medic, not sure, adds healing efficiency similar to the NT's direct damage percent increase.. right now on my 185 doc i heal fo4 11001 with CH, (have 6 perks in Assault medic)... i think by 220 CH is like 15k with the efficiency increases :P

As far as the instant agg piece. In many situations that is true, but a good enf can hold agg even when the doc uses CH. The doc needs to just allow about a full minute or two for the enf to chain cast mongo, do damage, and perhaps allow the proc taunt to land a couple times. Then the doc can CH his/her little head off and won't pull agg as long as the enf still mongos.

CH does heal more with the perk points, and CH only takes that instant aggro in the SL, it does not have as bad of a penalty on RK, it can still take aggro but wayyy les of a chance of doing so on RK compared to SL. later in the game, on basic mobs in SL, like hecks and dragons etc, the doc will most likely tank by CHing themselves, becuse it is just easier then the squishy NT accidently taking aggro and dieing in 2 hits.

For all the Post SL/AI people. CH works nicely with no taunt on RK with the Exception of Aliens which with a mongoing enforcer you can still use this nano with no problems. To do raids with just LE or SL heals other than the top 2 is just ridiculous, I leveled up a Doc just specifically to help with guild raids and this was the primary nano used within a rotation between the docs to heal. If you have enough high level people or with a Keeper, MP, agent and a ma. You can get by with just 1 doc even at mercs been there done that I was the only doc, but I was still CH'ing the person that had agg.

note to self... make ppl look at the thing called "recharge time". your nanoinit effects Casttime, NOT recharge ;) so bascialy... the 4-9 K one, can be casted 3 times as frequently as this one, healing.. oh well... 12-27 K :)any comments?

um to the ppl that said this nano sucks well compare to SL heals the best SL heal needs like 2k in bio met and mat met this need less than half that it takes 9 seconds to cast on sl heal and 4 sec to recharge this one is 5.5 and 8 thats slower by only 0.5 seconds and also it heals more than any SL heal and its constant not like 8k-9k just 10k all the time

takes often 3 mongo crush to get aggro of doc.. so i'd say atleest 20000, but I think it has to be even bigger... maby even 30k+

I'd say the cap cast time easy. This makes it alot faster... and it has a 3k HP buff as well, +that heal %+ thingy from that perk.
so min heal of bigggest SL heal would be like 13k i'd say... and it dont taunt

SL heals do taunt.

The just don't taunt for the 60K-ish that Complete Heal does.

You won't steal aggro with SL heals if you have a DD on team, but if you're on a team of damage gimps, you can steal aggro quite regularly.

CH great AI raid nano when u get the nuking aliens on ground just CH the tank...been doing that on my doctor i made specifically for AI raiding with guild and never seem to pull agg off them with it...112 doc on 140ish raids im not complaining about the nano healing for 10001...saves alot of our lives quite a bit if u know when and how to use it =)...in SL its another story tho..ive been on teams with Enforcers and pull agg instantly with CH even when heckler has been taken down to 20% health left. thats my 2 cents

hmm.. gotto laugh. its confusing realy. some docs *high lvls* tell me to use Ch often if i have to even if i agg or not. but ive been too many times at hecklers and ive seen the doc go down realy fast. even with 2 enfos and a keeper in team. so is the Ch realy a good healing? *sure good healing but erm.. is it worth it?

CH is nice in SL for:

Healing someone who would die otherwise (this is assuming you are a doc using an SL heal that heals less than CH).
Tanking, shades can use backstab, and PM without running if they can stand behind mob while it eats you. Shades also drain inits so tanking isn't that bad once the mob is debuffed.

It also has it's uses in pvp since you can insta-cast it at fulldef.

Lol you bumbs CH is good but meant for RK like dakfisto says but im sure that in sl u would use sl heals that are way faster and recharger rate better u can cast CH once and cast another heal twice before CH is even done so think about what you say before saying and beagle i didnt know everyone taht was about to go fight a monster gets ever possible buff there is in the world... so not everone has 22k life :s but most people get something like ess and that adds 998 or so anyways take care hope this helps ;P!

LOL as a doctor as you level you add to healing efficiency due to perks, right now my CH does 11001hp heal thats at lvl 150 i forget exactly what perkline it is im thinking specialist healer which each one adds 2% healing eff...also doctors can get the Cure for baldness which also adds more healing efficiency therefor healing for more then heals originally do. for example my LE heals for 1.3-1.4k steady look at stats for that..

CH is not a RK only nano.
It has it's uses in SL, but unless you know what you are doing, will prolly get you killed :)
Docs, please dont rely on an Enf or anyone to keep agg off of you.
Agg flickers around and when it does, you sometimes have to wade in with this heal.
Be prepared to hit yourself with perk heals, books and items, to have to recast this again on your self if needs be...and basically out last the mob.
A really good Enf may well pull the agg back from you, but they are rare these days.
If the difference is a wiped team, or hitting CH...one option will get you a future team invite.
The other option is less fun.

The 4th best heal. Although I would seriosuly doubt any doc has enough HP to make it useful at a level at a level when you can first cast it (After all there is not much point casting a nano that will heal 10k HP, when you only have 5k). Maybe useful in between some of the SL heals. Surprisingly it is also very nano efficient. When I did a model of the top four heals, this had a nano cost rating (calculated from nano cost per second) of 56. Blessing of purity had a rating of 33, Renewal of Being had a rating of 34, Cellular Rebirth had a rating of 16, while Bodily Invigoration had a rating of just 3.

I think its so much easier to manage healing if I get the aggro all the time...don't forget net latency. So my guess is that I can react a lot faster.
I use ch in sl to save someone from dying often, its not like I dont have nothing to heal myself if I get aggro after casting ch + crasy heal delta.
But don't think I get aggro only because of ch, I don't use it to take aggro unless I must and in most situation I'm tanking, I don't need ch to keep aggro lol

And remember! Enfs up to 201 or so, only have 15k! Dont use this in SL if you aint planning on tanking

Your incorrect Liquix, this nano raises with % perks and items, atm my doctor has this to 12000.

And if you know your profession, you can get away with ching, at the "right time" "right place" very handy for guard turret and sentry agg on tanks, slip heal hide is a great technic.
Insanying, with either cost or PNH this is the Alein raid heal for tanks that know there busniess.
The recharge is a little dissapointing, but you get use to it.

Taunt on this thing really is massive. Did some inferno hards on my 205 doc, ripped agro from 220 shade and 2 enforcers with one CH. Fortunately, iCH came taunt free.

Does an AoE taunt, so if you are out of range, no aggro. Using it a few times, you can find that "sweet spot" where you can pop it in an emergency and avoid the reclaim yourself.
