Rho Tuning Unit - Inactive Icon #284328 This device is, more or less, a completed (albeit very strange and, in some ways, rudimentary) nanocrystal. Unlike the typical nanocrystals which one would upload to their NCU, this crystal is designed to reprogram outside nanobots for a specific, autonomous purpose. In this case, the crystal inside appears to be specifically designed to work with communications nanobots, and will automatically tune them to a specific frequency.
