Awesome? Really? Other than enfos who constantly bump up against using their full NCU when not teamed with a fixer (and maybe, possibly, keepers), no other class at TL7 (which is when you can get this ring) goes anywhere near using up their full NCU, even with all the good outside buffs on (-%cost, nano recharge, ibehe, coruscating screen/rrfe, omni med, HoTs, TTS, MoP, etc). You don't even need the ridiculous new Xan NCUs to make that happen.

So, in effect, this nano gives fixers the ability to stop one individual opponent of SOME classes from getting SOME outside buffs or use a couple of nanos for a grand total of 15 seconds every FIVE minutes. About as useless an ability as the summon weapons nanos.

Remember that enfos in a duel or BS don't have nearly the same usage of NCU as a tanking enfo during a team mish or raid, so this can't even be considered as a anti-enfo tool by fixers.

*IF* OTOH, once you had more in your buffer than your NCU could hold, you then LOST your most recent/highest NCU buffs, this would be a *majorly useful* nano. Some classes would have to CHOOSE what buffs to get for fear they would be hit by NCU Haxx if they got too close to filling up their NCU. Or they could use Xan NCUs, but then lose some defense/HP/other abilities. Sacrifices... choices... this is what changes PvP from rock/paper/scissors.

Awesome, indeed, especially when you keep in mind that a) perk defenses require NCU and b) you can't refresh a nano if you are over the maximum NCU (IE: use it to be certain those 7-blockers don't refresh in the middle of your alpha).

Sturm, you really have no idea what you are talking about. There are more classes than just Enf that absolutely depend on having free ncu to utilize their defenses in pvp.

This debuff is really good imo.
