Amen "Slazzor". I don't thing any toon should be carried by a proc item or ring that comes with an action. Isn't the DeValos ring helpful enough as it is?

@Bezalel Yeah, but EVERY prof DeValos upgrade not just adv. MA = Self: restores 33% health and 50% nano. Trader = Self: 100% nanopool refill. And its not a calm at all, it wipes the hate list. So advs then can calm mob.
