I hope the above posts are being sarcastic about the description, I've seen many fixers who have no idea what this nano actually does (hint: it's fear immunity)

No... they weren't being sarcastic about the decription. None of the new LE Fear / Stun nanos have literal descriptions, they have a nice description like the one above. It's not meant to talk about what the nano does, it's meant to be meaningful.
