But only 5% chance to break! :o
|
Mountaingoat @ 2008-09-24 16:39
1 Free Movement removes it
|
houserocker @ 2008-09-28 02:53
It's also missing the AAO boost it mentions in the description.
|
Xyphos @ 2008-09-28 03:48
no it isn't. you just have to click the link of the uploaded nano.

tbh, this looks like a pvm nano... there is no level defense check, has a good taunt, low chance of breaking, and acts as a root on most mobs rather then a snare.

Xyphos @ 2008-09-28 04:31
AAAANNNND.... 2 hour duration. uber!
|
houserocker @ 2008-09-28 13:38
Xyphos, did you even look at the page you posted? It's the snare portion, not an AAO boost.
|
Xyphos @ 2008-11-03 01:47
Hm, FC must have removed the AAO, cuz at the time I posted that message, it had 100 AAO... wierd.
|
Forek @ 2008-12-17 18:35
FC couldn't have changed it, Auno is independant of FC and any changes are logged. Anyway, it's better than the last nano, but not really good enough to justify the pain of getting the nano,
|
Taristin @ 2008-12-28 19:49
17.10.2 fixed it
|
Acantrophis @ 2009-04-17 10:34
how do you find the change to break?
|
houserocker @ 2009-06-19 04:09
Click on the effect.
Chance of break on attack 5
Chance of break on debuff 5
Chance of break on nano 24
This snare actually seems to land more like a SL snare, it will work on almost any mob without immunity.
However in PVP it suffers the same pitfalls as all the snares - it is AOE, so you cannot use it freely in city, tower, or Tara pvp because it will snare anything that is flagged including allies. It continues to be in the snare nanoline, meaning the professions that are hardest to catch in PVP (Fixer Adv Enf) are virtually immune to the effects. It also cancels on zone.

Cancels on Zone is a good thing* Used to be engineers would zone into a pf, get flagged and ganked because pet was running this. Now it removes that headache and replaces it with a "cast it when you get there" version.
