i know from an engie that this dog is much better then the 219 dog. makes many crits and good dmg.
castable when you have the nanodeck equippt an this is 215+ but the reqs are high so i would say its the 220 dog :) but with cmo and umbral i think its castable between 215-219 ^^

Pheros is right, "User Cyberdeck & 6" is the DBQ cyberdeck you can wear from lvl 215 and up :)

In addition to the new looks, more HP, more NCU, and slightly increased damage, this pet also triggers procs on targets sometimes. These procs are Acidic Bite (-1000 AC debuff) (http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=275991) and Plow Wounds (-300 init debuff and 650 point DoT *6) (http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=276060). I believe they both have a 5% chance to trigger.
