I think you are forgetting the 3.23 seconds less in the recharge and 50 heal delta really isn't bad at all, it's 200 more healing if you chain cast this. It does not take ncu too. It's even easy to cast! Much higher nano cost although, nano delta is great to have.

Requirements are a lot lower ;p 50 healdelta is free 600 healing over the 25 seconds, nothing to scoff at. Plus people you heal enjoy healdelta too! Attack time looks like it should still be insta with no IP in init, 4.5+1.25(full def) = 5.75, ~1200 nanoinit for insta.

nano cost is gunna kill me, i can chain SoR, AI Attack, FotWF, and GotEC and keep all that running just barely with a support wrist in for nano delta but this is just gunna plain kill my pool...

Everything on 300 Rwrist infantry is excellent for MA's except the 1he/1hb part, don't know about you but i got 82 ND and it seems like enough with first aid stims.

Back onto the subject, this nano is great, 170.78 hp/s at minimum, 255.89 hp/s max. Soul of Rubi is min 106.46 hp/s, max 172.12 hp/s, definitely a great improvement and they finally threw us pvping MA's a bone that we have been wanting for a long time.

Ok im not a TL7 MA (yet), so can someone please explain too me as to where we get this?

pvm MAs don't have much use for a infantry right wrist. Infantry is for pvp MAs really.
