that's the fixers way...it should have 1k evades, 1435 HoT@2sec on it, maybe then they wouldn't whine openly but only for themselves because it ain't 2.5k hot...

---Any fixer setup for PvP has 65% innate resistance to these with 4 perk-based removers, 2 nano-based removers and automatic purging every 15s with firewalled NCU.
Init debuffs
---While annoying, damage from normal fixer hits is so low that its not really a life or death ability like it might be for say, agents.

Thanks for saving me the bother in explaining.
This is a PVM nano if anything (removes most of the random debuffs that dynas/PBs throw at you)... Oh and lets not forget the 2500 Nanocost.
Almost forgot. It doesn't remove proc debuffs. Nor does it remove drains (which would be once again pointless without halved requirements).
