time to twink hp for the fixers! 6% of 15k = 900 hp ^^.. but even for 10k hp it will be higher than LU.. and useless for lower hp :) 2h duration owns anyway

Should heal for 7% instead of you're opi. Never any opi love... Other than that it's great. Of course nowhere near the healing of any other prof that has any heals but still nice.
Ok, ok who am I kidding. The real reason I'll be getting this is for the 2h duration. No more recasting trice a raid :D

Allows you to move from approximately 9k HP to 12k HP and still heal up a single 30% cap every 11s (if you use the team short hot as well). The difference between no body dev and maxed body dev for most fixers is about 3000 anyway. I guess a sided fixer with maxed body dev and 2500 board and perfected DB bracer would have about 14k HP or so with combined armor set. Duration alone is pretty worthwhile though :)

Lasting Ultimatum heals total of 83880 - 90360 over 30 minutes at 10 seconds per heal tick.
At 6216 health this % based nano heals the same as the minimum of lasting ultimatum in 30 minutes but at 8 seconds per tick.
At 6694 health this % based nano heals the same as the maximum of lasting ultimatum in 30 minutes but at 8 seconds per tick.
Any health above those ammounts and for total healing your best off with this, however to get the healing per tick higher you need more health.

At 8367 health you will be getting the same health per tick as the maximum from ultimatum (and remember these ticks are faster)

This nano is also useful as an instant heal. The attack and recharge times are very friendly for spamming. And although trading ~1500 nano for 700-800 HP is very inefficient and cannot be kept up for long with the average Fixer nanopool, it can be a lifesaver nonetheless.

Another plus: Remedy Inhibitor is commonly used by soldiers against Fixers in PVP, especially if you are focused on another target. RI reduces long HoT duration by ~17 minutes. So while a soldier only has to land RI twice to wipe Lasting Ultimatum from a Fixer's NCU, a soldier must land RI 7-8 times to wipe Greater Preservation Matrix.

Is this not ingame? Its ql -1 and has no nano crystal associated with it (or is it attached to another crystal?)

Finally found it, spawns from the Alpha Matrix box (apf nano), but requires the lvl 215 cyberdeck like the DB quests. Still an amazing nano.
