You need to have a lobotomy to make you stupid enough to think that making a NODROP item out of an item that is used mainly as currency is a good idea.

Then you have to combine it with a Nanobot Infusion Device which drops off the Administrator De'valos after tara is killed.

This is endgame item for ultimate DD in AO. If you want to be one of the best DD in game you´ll get Robust Backpack and you make him nodrop(Empowered ). What do you want to do with credits? Make army of semi-twinked toons or make one really endgame toon? There really isn´t better back item and 1-2 bils for DD(pvm/epeen) players is nothing.
There is a one problem, if you are on RK1 you must be omni or you probably never get this one like claner.
