one advice about this: DO NOT upgrade it to 5 lights if youre not lvl 190+, or u cant equip it.

I plan on wearing it on my fr00b nano mage doctor.
So:
Ability cap - 512 intelligence : 512 psychic
Shades of Lubrication - 30 int : 30 psy
Virral Triumvirate Egg x2 - 30 int : 30 psy

Now farm some more Miy's nano sleeves QL 246 and intelligence is 697 and psychic is 672.
So, we I have just created the ultimate Miy's Nano Armor guide, since you can put 253 on chest, legs, boots and gloves, for the helmet you get a 240QL.If you can figure out how this can be fixed to make the cloak requirements send me a /tell on RK2

Oh and don't forget to keep it out of OE, that only takes 584 int and psy, so it shouldn't be difficult. Those sleeves you got on, give you +18 intelligence and + 24 psychic. Easiest from there is to work it into your implants or just keep the shades and TVEs on.

I got it on my froob nm doctor without any stressing out at all. ql230+ miys nano sleeves, shades, cyborg token board, +4 rings, jess pistols, ql200 expensive vest, ql200 int/psy imps - psy in chest and head, int in ear and eye. was at 740 some psy and 729 int and a extruder bar took care of it. not oe with normal gear on which doesnt buff int psy hardly at all except for the miys nano sleeves and i switch back to a miy nano helmet. getting a 5/5 gladiator cloak on my froob enf was also easy, and ive done the math i chose to go ranger on my agent cuz im not terribly into dodges since all i do is pvp and 12 dodges seems like some kind of joke when i have a ga4 fixer that dodges lol and my agent will get that on 5/5 easy but to keep it non-oe im gonna have to lose one stupid sandy piece of goo and wear a carbonan holster on wrist. so the non-int/psy cloaks are easy for froobs to do, i did choose to go illusionist on my soli trader and getting it 5/5 will be impossible but im fine with that, want the nano delta.

Thats why I said fixer or agent. Agent can buff all those things, and fixer froobs are good for Fgrid and GA4. Everything else just seems like a waste of time.
