Well it all depends on what your looking for and how much your crits are compared to a normal attack.
If your crits do 1350 more dmg then a normal attack, well then this is better in dmg then dba.
And the rest, well mods on dba suck compared.
This has, more AC, more hp, nano, and a nice abi mod. Which gives a nice bonus to a couple skills.
Blind resist, and you look phat..well 1% more. The overall look is not has cool has dba with combined parts.

Eh, the DB armor looks good as a set, but mixing it with AI or ofab armor looks awful.
