Great set of armor, especially for froobs. I'm pretty sure, it won't go up any higher than 250 though as you can't find rhinomen any higher. I'm not even sure, you can get a 250 set as you need to roll rhinomen missions, of which I haven't seen many (if any, honestly can't remember) since level 100. The highest ql anyone in my org has found so far is ql 120.

highest ql i have seen was a ql 168 jacket that dropped from a warchief in varmit woods rhino camp

luck with mishes. highest i have seen drop from varmit woods was around 155 from warcheifs. other than that roll mishes and hope :P
