Syndicate Brain Symbiant of the Thug Icon #215189 Slowly bubbling, this Symbiant is an age old living creature created with Spirit-Tech. It once resided in one of the Ancient Inhabitants of the Shadowlands.
This line of symbiants was designed using the DNA of a senior member of the Syndicate. They believed that they could pass on their knowledge to their followers through the use of symbiant technology. This version was named after Rigobert 'Decker' Awamanu who was the person that the Syndicate called upon when tact and diplomacy was not an option. Decker did violence, and did it very well, and was very proud of knowing more than three hundred and twenty two ways to crush a skull with his bare hands.
Note: This 'Symbiant' can be installed like an Implant. Use an Implant Enabler (found in shops) to install it.

Making a lvl150 Enf twink and I want it for the +100 multi melee mainly, think ill keep it in for the +25 1he, HP and the fact it gives 9 more nano then the best brain symb any lvl150 Enf can get in.

basically trades nr, dimach,sense, first aid and perception for a few more points in str/sta MM and AR, which we have oodles of already. not worth the bother of the quest imo.

not worth it? an extra 100 MM and 25 weapons skills in a spot that they arn't normally are always good to have for twinking :)

well enfo's also got the nano infernal rage....+800 NR yeah 91 NR is alot IF u put in a awakened brain but um that +800 is hard to get past for most... i think the AR + mm would be better O and health :)

If a froob can his hands on it he can equip it, yes.
Too bad you need to do a quest-chain in Adonis for it though ;)
