Fixer Love <3
Xira @ 2007-03-22 19:58
Im going to have to get one of these o.o
Flink @ 2007-03-22 21:38
Not for the opi fixer. 1000 Agi would have made more sense since at least two of the effected skills are based more on agi then strength. The way I see it you either sacrifice your NCU Hacker Interface if you have CoNC trained (or if not it's still the best slot to hot swap after buffing) or you sacrifice your Garden Key (which should be a no-brainer for pvp) but that's very inconvenient for pvm. Another thing that's bad about it, there's no Range Increase, the fixers that use movement predictors to increase the crappy 12m range for Aimed Shots should know what I am talking about. From these observations I take it it's more of a Soldier lub item than being made for fixers.
Daylanee @ 2007-04-06 01:07
I am with Flink here, since when Fixers count as 'assault operatives' XD
wilbemine1 @ 2007-05-02 01:05
220 opi soldier here and i can equip this item very very easily now if it were stamina req. then i wouldnt but str is easy to twink , stick on a kelly sleeve and str guns and behe ic atts ;) quite easy.
Gurudee @ 2007-05-11 05:25
Flink,
Notice there is no OPI or FIXER only tag, and no one will force you to wear one.
More for soldiers? Hmmm maybe.
I can think of more than a few docs who would love this in their tool kit though :)
kitingfool @ 2007-05-29 20:43
It's good for anyone who uses a ranged setup. But Flinks post is intelligent, well thought out, and correct in every way. Don't be a troll, Gurudee. Hooray for your doc friends who also happen to like it. It's everyone ranged love, and anyone who's anyone is ranged.
leite @ 2007-06-05 02:40
lol @ flink.. you can put this easly
Dextar @ 2007-07-29 21:09
Opi Ranged Advent. had no trouble getting this in.
Courreal @ 2007-09-10 02:20
the trouble isn't getting it in. the problem is that it isn't really hot swappable for a opi fixer... so if you twink it in (HUD1) you disable yourself from being able to use the SL "traveling" toolset of the fixer (needs garden keys equipped...). for HUD2 it's no option for fixers anyways imo ;O.

agree with Flink, it's a soldier <3 item. :P

If you use Onehander in PvP you prolly want Yatamuchy Movement Predictor.
I need Hacker Interface to cast sws with moocham or Wrangle. Thats why I'll never use this Baby. I'll keep on swapping Sniper's Friend instead.
Threeze @ 2008-01-15 13:59
yeah as a 220 fix, yata is your best friend basically anywhere [esp. BS] but this is handy for duels in enclosed places like tir arena.
Gurudee @ 2008-02-11 04:35
Good grief you fixers can be a bunch of whiners at times. :)
Note: there is no fixer tag on this.
That was simply my point.Use it if you want.

Just cause something buffs SMG doesn't mean it's a "fixer item"....
Yes, it would be a PITA for opi fixers to swap around easy, and yes there are (prolly) better options in most slots for certain circumstances.

Sheeshhh...you speedy guys...less coffee, ok? :)
5one7even @ 2014-01-20 05:29
Fixers forget Soldiers can be pretty handy with SmGs also
