10% chance when hit to activate 4% reflect shield for 1 min... no idea what it stacks with.

Not great, but every little bit helps sometimes. At only 10% proc chance, never seems to kick in when I am getting my ass beat, but always procs when I have the situation under control. Still, less damage is less damage when you can get it.
