what is AS recharge on this weapon? with 2500 AS skill roughly.

11seconds, you'll need alot less than 2500 to cap at 11secs though...at a guess I'd say about 1800

actually, 11.7 seconds AS recharge to be exact - cap = 10 + attack time

not the best crit though, shame it looks so cool too.

even a L170 gimp agent in ofab armor can get ql275 on (with OE ofc), whats the point of mentioning it?

a gimp lvl170 agent can equip it without ai armor only with ofab?

I actually put together a setup that'd equip a ql 300 Kyr'Ozch Rifle - Type 2/3 http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=254485 at 150... You need (roughly) ql250 imps, nanite trader debuffs, a 132 wrangle, BBI PS500 Kid Loco http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=124091, ofab sleeves, ql150 research attunement device, total focus (+50 soldier nano), gloomfall armor, and Pelisse of the Elysian Nymph http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=246288

Eh im not sure can you swap the rifle, just think that you will get a skill lack error. (Correct me if im wrong)

besides that, the kyr rifle suxx without upgrade (lvl 210), caus AS cycle is ~30 sec

You can swap anything in the Weapons tab, but not anything from the armor/implants tabs. So I am correcting you.
