It adds 27 AAO, +12 dmg and 117% scale.
Not that much imo, but better option than something that overwrites your Cocoon

The type1 action "raging blow" adds 252 AAO, +80 dmg and 60% scale (what? smaller?? or less-bigger?)
So by comparasin, this blows. (considernig this is the only type 2 version)
Also, this is the only even halfway useful type 2 action, and it's a lowbie one. :(

Stacks with Raging Blow and standard challenger, if you want to max your attack rating. Useful when soloing or in a dd team, would rather use Inspire Hate for taunt when tanking (that said, using this at 214, again when not tanking).
