Well guess what paragon gives you 75 def and you can wear it at 210
This one gives you 100 and reqs are simply funny, with some twinking this can fit perfectly at around 40-50

So you don't actually get this for the Scheol quest line :/
You get the 75+ one for the scientists questline, and then when you do the long and arguous Yuttos quest what do you get? A 76+ one ffs!
So if anyone knows where you can get this 100+ one, please let us know :)

You have to be atleast lvl80 to start doing quest to get over q125 item. :-(

Well I hope this saves anyone else the time and trouble of doing the quest(s) for the higher version, I just did it at lvl 170 and received the +76 version ftl. I hope this gets fixed in the near future as I have petitioned it as i'm sure others have

Just finished the quest, got the +100 version. Looks like it's been fixed.
