Q125 is shade reward from Jobe Scientists quest, a q126 is reqard from Knowledge of the Yuttos quest(lvl80+ req.), only 1 more melee init and AAD for huge quest. Decide yourself that is it really worth it. :)

Waste of time doing the huge long quest for this item when you can wear collar from CoH (which you get years before this thing too). What is FC thinking? Were shades at this level not getting owned enough in pvp already?! Geesh.

be happy with what u get or reroll, til tl5~ shades get nerfed , so what, we swing the nerfstick at endgame ;p

This ql125 is nice for tl3 (lvl60 in my case) shade :D ql80 heatsick spirits + RI = this equipped :)

Just did this quest again after the 18.3.7 patch werein they "improved the rewards" of the storyline quests. Unfortunately it appears they did not fix this bugged item reward yet. Lots of exp now, that is all.
