This is a pretty nice nano you get. I forget exactly what I had done but I suppose I hung around 4holes with some union guards for a while. Didn't kill anything, didnt attack or even speak to anyone, just noticed this in my NCU ;)

Confirmed, it is still given by Unionist Foreman at 4holes, you just have to follow him for a while. I don't really know how long but I calculated that every 30 mins he buffs any Clan player around him, can't be neutral).

it got updated last patch 35% for 4 hours with a hostile flag so it stays on death
