This retains the 11s AS recharge with an extra 300ish dmg added on top of it: expect this to be the new pvp weapon of choice

Yes the SUPERIOR version only comes at ql 200 :-P
Apparently, lower ql version dropped from sided SL mobs on test, but I have yet to see or hear of anyone on live finding one of these lower ql rebuilts of any kind.
