On test server, they seemed to drop on faction mobs, in or outside SL gardens.

So you either have to get a part from beast or do a quest ? or ?

Someone said it had 200 or so more damage than the SPB due to max skill increase. Can't confirm though

They should actually up the min damage to 200, reduce full auto to some 13-15 sec lowest also to somewhat match the pistol soldiers.

pistols will still OD but expect this baby to be part of the FA, burst, hotswap, AS, fling alpha and raising the MBS brings up its min dmg by like 300 which gets a little bit closer to other profs but still not as good. Kyr swords can get 2.5k min dmg if semi-twinked toward dmg, I would be surprised to see this hit for more than 1.8k without slugs, horde or energize running

bah realized FA cycle is the same as spb's so just an other outfit.. for pvm as nerf as spb(on 200+ toons)

No Twinky you are wrong, its not just an spb in another outfit....I'll repeat what a dozen or so others have already said, the RSPB has an extra 1000 max beneficial skill which according to peoples experience gives an extra 200 or so damage per hit to the spb, and at the level you can get hold of the base component (the lord of anger - beast drop) the FA recarge should be capped easy. This is much better than an spb.

Dude, not everyone wants to use a jpgpp. Goes against there concept. Pistols for the advs Real big guns for the soldiers

I am not sure when it was changed but it is confirmed that these are now craftable below level 195!
