well not exactly. this one has 2% more chance to cast the 54-glory. but the other rifles had in total 20% chance to cast one of the 4 glorys (sometimes with less alloff bonus) :)

You need http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=257962, which drops from sector 13 in apf. Then just combine the Kyr rifle (type 2 or 3, of ql 250 and above) with this item to get a silenced type 2 or 3.

dont forget that silenced Kyr'Ozch got 1.8s recharge, so its possible to cap AS on this weap at L220 :P
