errr the proc is NOT useless, the add all off means u can actually perk 220 fixers. Watch out fixichong, MR+Glory and u might actually get hit =P

Parry is disabled, the skill doesnt work anymore. FC saw that the skill was too overpowered, so they disabled it, only thing you need it for is weapons and items that require it, such as The Excalibur for keepers, the skill itself does nothing

about 20m on RK1 if you buy the bio material and upgrade it urself.. solid offhand option for advy's still cus of the extra attackrating from the glory proc.

still the coolest looking 1he ever in game imo. back when FC actually designed great looking weapons, instead of copying kitchen utensils and plumbers tools.

Plumbing tools and kitchen utensils were before the Kyr Axe. Maybe they heard your complaints for an actual futuristic melee weapon, so they made this weapon.
