The fact that its 100% AR sucks for nts with Cyberdeck, cuz they got AR, so you can NEVER land this perk, even a lvl 8 bot in OA resisted me...

I was orignally annoyed that this never lands with my meta.. but then I just reset this useless nano line anyway (I'm a freaking meta, why do i need a nano skill bonus) and perked it for my enfo :D uber dmg ftw

yea this is meant for people with low nano skills who use weps, you get this perk line and you save ip for better stuff like evades/wepskills rather then blue/dark blue nano skills.

You can if you debuff their NR. unless they are like NR 8 players then there is no chance in landing any of the NT perks.

@ ppl who cant read timestamps on posts, the cyberdeck did not always have matt.crea as an attack skill. nts actually had to beg for several years before it was changed. thank you, move along.

Remember that the perks also check aad.
You might have enough nanoskills vs nr to land, but apparently not enough aao to counter the boss's aad.
