Wish damage was higher... Provided it's the last perk in a useless perk line for the worst breed and requires the perk before it to be running yet doesn't do anything special other than some damage.

Blind, slight nanodebuff (which might stop you from healing up or casting nanos in general if you're lucky) + an extra hit is never bad
