Hmmmm .. Att.Skill 100%Int 100%Psy means Int+Psy, so 1800 AR roughly @ lvl 210 .... should land as good as Nano Feast or Bot Confinement, even way better when you are a Doc.
If you view this as a Doc, then same goes for Mistreatment, 50/50 BM/MM, also way more AR than General Champion Perks have as a Doc.

At level 25 you can only be AI 3..

7 wasted AI perks to get this great dmg perk. i wouldn't say it needs nerfing.

hm hit in pvp for 239 dmg... wouldnt say thats worth that much ai-xp.

if you hit with this in pvp for 239 dmg, then its because of the following reasons: 1) Your opponent has roughly 1k health, 2) Your opponent was running TMS X 3), in pvp this perk does half the damage(2250 - 3000), mostly the first option, you will cap the damage at low level pvp (75+) unless your opponent has more then 8k health or so.

Agent lvl 75 - AS (will at a AStwink hit for max) then wait for AS recharge, AS again and use this. Nothing survives if this hits then. And both AS and this usually lands on GAfixers

dont forget you need to land hostile takeover first. if the AR vs Def is boarder line then could have trouble getting them both out back to back.. it's aweful tempting to slack 2 levels on nano combat and go for all 8 of this line.

This perk is easlily landed if you max int/psy, i got a lev 75 agent with this, SPS and kizzermoles, i apha almsot anyone without RRFE

BTW, whats wrong with this perk? I have almost 2,5k AR for this (1250 inteligence and 1192 psychic), but I can't land it on people with 2k NR. Oo

You have to add your Add all off and your oponents Add all def before you do the check with perks. So if you dont have any AAO and your oponent had 500+ AAD, it would not land.

caount that fixer have like 1.2k AAD @ lvl 213~ w/o perk special that gives him 850 AAD

if this perk hits for 200 some, the rest may have gotten absorbed and that might not show in your battle spam

Nr is only 10% vs perks so if you have 500 aad its like having 50more NR vs perks

AAD is always 100% on the check.
If you have for example a 5% riposte def check vs 100% riposte attack. you can still resist it from having enough AAD to counter their Riposte+AAO.
