I cant imagine why this perk should be so very very nice, 130ar+100dmg for 20 seconds. ok its nice but these 4 ai-perks from creative mind 6 up to 10 are elsewhere better used.

Unless you are already using grenade weapons, in which the extra AR (from 3 perk lines) is useful, and this can become a bonus :)
