ellts is still better, this is like a VE, works off of percep. old ellts' factor in misses, parries and blocks for next hit. therefore, this is a good scope, but ellts' will beat it out in the long run.

Okay, I know only selfish NTs would loot it instead of giving it to a guy who needs more...But it's still an add, so if everyone in the team got such a scope, you can loot it, won't do anything bad ;p

It's simple. People with AS can use VE/ellts, people without AS can use this. This has less init penalty at the loss of the AS mod.

I believe it is 20% of your weapons Range.
so, you have a weapons with range of 10m... this scope would take it up to 12m... and other stuff add to the range, which will take it up more.
Remember that range is capped at 40m though.
