Sometimes you can never have enough health on raids, and this helps. Although I think the add all def is broken atm.

you get ai perks every 10 levels starting at 5 so : 5, 15, 25, 35, 45 and so on, til you reach 105 which you then get another ai perk every 5 levels so 105, 110, 115, 120, 125 up until level 200 totaling 30 ai perks :)
