Yah, but agents can cap AS out at an X-3 aswell... ^^ Wich obviously is alot better for ganking atleast

why is an X-3 better for ganking? this has fling..
Note to all mid level agents, this is better on RK than a SPS if you don't mind a 30-40 sec AS recharge

Also, the reason this gun is so popular is due to the fact that its' projectile damage works together with agent perks to rip absorbs etc, while the X-3 is energy damage.

I dont see how the x-3 is better for ganking....has less usefull mods then the razorback.

and the recharge/attackspeeds are alot slower also.

also this has fast fling recharge and the AS can be capped easily.

projectile dmg is a + also.

well, since you're there to level, and min dmg is everything in SL, the SPS > this. much better min dmg, and 4% xp mod on SPS make it the obvious choice imo..this is pretty much a pvp gank wep, not so much for pvm. (even tho it has a much better MBS)

hecks are weak to proj damage, so this works pretty well i hear, never tested tho

sps do constant min damage on (ado)hecks, this will not.. as hecks are weak to proj dmg... it also got a little better crits. making it a rather nice weapon in ado. Drawback is ofc slow AS recharge, but on the other hand depending on team hecks don't drop that fast.
