Melee Energy ftl. Think damn near nobody's got the ME to put one of these on, and nobody has the support for it but for enfos, who'll never use this.

Switch to 1hb so MPs can look at it pls.

It is theoretically possible to combine "Viral Weapon Upgrade" with "Premium Energy Shield". But you need at least 1000 in WeaponSmithing.
