And if it changes your type of damage, you lost all your specific damage buff (like arul shaba) => You gain none.

Only good thing is Numb increase dammage of Cripple.

With +rings and +wrists you could very easily loose dmg when this proc. The DD is way to low aswell.

I have a feeling this was intended to scale with Burst skill but was just forgotten somewhere along the way. And WTB at least +500 DMG on the damage type change. Would have a use then.

so it hits poison and has a chance to set your damage to match... random absorb nerfing I guess, if you use more general damage buffs than specific it's not as bad. and you have buffs that add to poison might as well keep em running on the odd chance this fires. It's not like you'll have a shortage of ncu :/

FIXED as of 18.1!
Fixers, rejoice for the first time in history we got something fixed! +100 to all damage types and no type change.
